Responsibilities

  • Providing clinical support including: patient education, device programming, patient follow up, in-service training for clinical programs.
  • Promoting clinical programs through education of current and new investigators by providing clinical strategy and case support to achieve company objectives.
  • Successfully completing formal Neuromodulation training program, apply these skills in the field and maintain high level of technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Collaborating extensively with the DBS team to work cohesively, ensuring consistent delivery of first class clinical and technical support.
  • Work with the broader Neuromodulation team to identify training, research and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.
  • Completing market analysis and regular reporting as required.
  • Established contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff as it relates to BSC's Neuromodulation business.
  • Attending meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required, to promote our products and services.
  • To be available to support the broader ANZ NMD business on an as-needs basis.
