  • As a Coffee Shop Supervisor at Dunelm, you’ll see your creative and exciting ideas come to life, whilst ensuring a high standard of beverage and food service is provided to our customers.
  • Our Supervisors are a fundamental part of the leadership team in store.
  • They are truly valued members of the managerial team, trusted with whole store responsibilities, such as key holding, rotas, cash handling and hosting whole store team briefs.
  • You will also contribute to the recruitment of new colleagues, their training and support them throughout each day.
  • As part of this role you will be working, and in contact with a variety of different ingredients including dairy, nuts, meat products including pork.
  • You'll manage a committed and hard-working team of colleagues.
  • Be focused on selling and maintaining a high standard of beverage and food service.
  • You’ll motivate your team and prioritise selling, customer service and cost control.
