Responsibilities

  • As Commercial & Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Creating a pipeline of dynamic EPC relationships to be prepared to roll out our current and future CTS products.
  • Leading a cross-functional task force of product development, engineering and project management teams to establish evaluation and onboarding processes and establish and drive an engagement timeline that meets business needs.
  • Prioritizing our EPC partnership targets based on the value for each party, focusing on partnerships that create a dynamic market presence for Baker Hughes.
  • Managing healthy relationships both internal and external, balancing the needs and values of each party.
  • Working with the commercial and legal teams to close collaboration terms with key EPCs for near-term projects.
  • Leading the structuring and development of partnership agreements (e.g. MOUs, Consortium Agreements, etc.).
  • Guiding the proposal team based on a holistic view to create a common value proposition and a successful outcome.
  • Working with the risk team to define a nimble and contemporary process to work with EPC partners.
  • Continuing market and competition assessment to assess market and technology developments in the New Energy space and articulate implications to BH
