Responsibilities

  • Director oversight over Community Transition in and out
  • Touch bases with Clients to improve relations and satisfaction.
  • Partner with other Senior Community Director on customer service reports
  • Mentor and guide team members, including providing training to new hires.
  • Assist in resolution of escalated service items.
  • Assist with management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level.
  • Establish positive relationships with Clients and Vendors at branch level.
  • Work with the VP on our client retention efforts by working with the managers and clients.
  • Assist with management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level with VP.
  • PPR, One on ones with Direct Reports
  • Oversight and support on Client Deliverables
  • Work with BD on client onboard training and CAM training development.
  • Partner with HR and VP on CAM recruiting and interviewing.
  • Offer assistance when needed to BD on client presentations.
  • Providing direct support with CAM training and development with Asst. Directors.
  • Being a mentor and support for client retention efforts for Asst Directors
  • Vacation Support for Asst. Directors when needed.
  • Working with accounting team on financial escalations
  • Oversight on client AP strongroom
  • Oversight on dashboard/deliverables/TownSq with Asst Directors and their direct reports
  • Assist with customer service escalations when needed.
