Yes, this position allows for remote work within the state of Texas.
What are the work hours for this position?
The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours of 8am - 5pm CST, Monday - Friday.
Is there training provided for this role?
Yes, we offer 2 weeks of paid training, which will be conducted virtually from your home.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Required qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED (or higher) or 4+ years of medical customer service experience, 2+ years of customer service experience, and intermediate computer proficiency.
Is bilingual language proficiency preferred for this position?
Yes, being bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
What kind of customer service experience is needed?
You need 2+ years of customer service experience, specifically in a medical customer service setting.
Are there expectations for meeting performance metrics?
Yes, you are expected to meet and maintain daily metrics.
