  • The role will involve assessment, supervision, and feedback on a one to one clinical basis and your contribution in partnership with their line manager will support new and existing community nursing staff with meeting their training requirements and professional development objectives.
  • Your role will have the responsibility for ensuring the area is a positive learning environment that delivers successful learning outcomes.
  • You will contribute to future workforce planning and the pathway development of community services and embed a positive just culture and learning environment.
  • The role will also require you to support the teams clinically with 20% face to face patient contact.
  • The Community Learning Lead (CLL) will identify and support training needs, plan, implement and evaluate education activities for trainees, new starters and existing practitioners within Out of Hospital Care Collaborative.
