Responsibilities

  • Prepares and performs job evaluations and annual salary review programs. Supports the development, implementation, and improvement of the job grading framework and its alignment to benchmarking.
  • Ensures the quality, integrity and timeliness of the department's reports and additional analytical needs as required.
  • Coordinates the resolution of issues raised by business leaders related to compensation programs and policies. Responds directly to leaders on these issues, and escalates issues as needed.
  • Reviews monetary transactions in the human resources system for adherence to policy guidelines and works with management to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. Ensures the accuracy of transactions and data related to compensation in the HRIS.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
