The salary range for this position is $104,800.00 to $114,800.00, inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives.
Will the Compensation Analyst work independently or collaboratively?
The Compensation Analyst will work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Is experience with market pricing programs necessary?
Yes, experience with Payscale or other market pricing programs is necessary.
