Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical studies in a variety of areas, such as internal and external equity, competitive pay practices, incentive compensation, and emerging trends. Identify trends, draw conclusions and recommend policy and/or program changes.
  • Administer and evaluate the company’s compensation programs, including base salary, bonus, and incentive plans.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compensation data, trends and recommendations.
  • Provide ad-hoc compensation and benchmarking analysis in partnership with business leaders, Employee Experience, and Talent Acquisition on compensation related matters such as offers, promotions, and internal transfers.
  • Process all documentation related to internal transfer and promotions.
  • Assist with maintaining job descriptions - perform job evaluations for new, existing, or re-defined jobs to determine internal equity, exemption status (FLSA), and eligibility for variable pay plans.
  • Assist in the administration of the annual compensation review cycle including managing timelines, auditing data, creating employee communications, etc.
  • Create and manage documents and tracking related to Imprivata’s annual and quarterly bonus programs.
  • Manage salary structure creation and maintenance.
  • Manage and maintain compensation data in HR information systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in compensation related databases.
  • Contribute company data to compensation surveys and analyze results of compensation surveys.
  • Assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of compensation policies and procedures.
  • Ensures company compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations; completing research on matters of importance.
  • Work closely with other HR team members to continually enhance compensation related employee communications, training, recruiting, and other initiatives.
  • If applicable contribute to various orientation and training programs, department goals, and objectives.
  • Participate in applicable staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars as needed.
