Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation rates and trends for all organizational positions. Communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.

  • Approve promotions, job changes, and salary adjustments using sound compensation fundamentals.
  • Maintain and report on accruals and results for Annual Incentive Plans, Long-Term Incentives, Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation, and other compensation activities.
  • Analyze data for Total Rewards, Bonus, and Merit statements, and recommend adjustments to compensation communication.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to influence and educate leaders on compensation decisions.
  • Educate employees and leaders on compensation activities, practices, and philosophy (Comp 101).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
