What are the key responsibilities of the Compensation & Benefits Manager?
The key responsibilities include providing Compensation and Benefits support, delivering compensation support, conducting annual salary surveys, ensuring compliance with all benefit programs, managing vendor relations, and coordinating global and local HR process deliveries.
What qualifications are required for this role?
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, human resources, or a related field, along with six years of progressively responsible experience in employee compensation and benefits is required.
