Responsibilities

  • Primary point-of-contact and strategic partner to Functional HR Leadership Team (HRLT) member.
  • Attend HRLT meetings, keeping teams up to date on initiatives and deliverables.
  • Action and deliver global programs partner with Regional Compensation & Benefits leads, as needed.
  • Work with Executive Compensation on offer development and retention assessments for Senior Leaders.
  • Gather business and market perspectives to support business needs.
  • Create consolidated, executive level view of compensation outcomes on global programs.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on complex compensation matters, such as job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and incentive plan design.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on compensation-related matters.
