Requirements

  • Minimum of seven years’ experience in Compensation, including specific experience in incentive plan administration, survey preparation & analysis, job evaluation, salary structure and incentive plan development, or the equivalent required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, including high degree of competence in spreadsheet and database software, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Manages activities related to job evaluation, both on-going and expansion into global sector. Works with team to plan and organize project objectives, timeline and strategic activities to ensure timely and effective project completion.
  • Conducts market pricing and analyses in support of salary decision-making. Provides guidance on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation and job evaluation including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related issues. Experience with MarketPay or PayFactors a plus
  • Manages projects including salary review and administration, bonus administration, long-term equity administration and evaluation of variable (sales) pay plans.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned or required.
