  • Managing claims handling enquiries, coverage determinations, quantum analysis and legal liability assessments for complex claims
  • Ensuring effective vendor and litigation management on Complex claims within a personal allocation, including demonstrable savings
  • Reporting key claims messages to the Financial Line Claims Team Manager and to internal stakeholders
  • Assisting in continuous improvement across the region through support for the Quality Assurance / Regional Audit processes (including assisting Australasian Complex Claims Manager to complete monthly quality assurance reviews)
  • Ensuring adherence to best practice procedures for financial lines complex claims, consistent with global best practice
  • Handling complex claims within authority limits
