Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Management
  • Collect and compile data from various internal and external sources related to greenhouse gas emissions, including energy consumption, waste management, transportation, and other compliance related data.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
  • Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on GHG emissions and other data sets for internal stakeholders and external reporting requirements.
  • Support the development of the company’s annual ESG report and required filings by providing accurate and timely data.
  • Compliance and Standards
  • Ensure that all data collection and reporting processes comply with relevant standards, regulations, and other applicable frameworks.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations and standards related to GHG emissions and ESG reporting, conflict mineral reporting, PFAS reporting and other compliance topics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance, to gather required data.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide support and training to colleagues on data collection and management practices.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for improving data collection and management processes.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
