Responsibilities

  • Complete all legal compliance daily / weekly reports and processes, ie; Fuelice, Tachomaster, Key2, LOGICS
  • To manage all LGV fleet R + M, non-contract maintenance costs and fleet availability in line with business requirements
  • To ensure all drivers have received a driving assessment, induction, driver CPC, Manual Handling, Key Procedures & EU driver hours and WTD training
  • Manage transport systems to ensure that all servicing and tachograph reports are completed within given timescales
  • Ensure all vehicle and driver files are accurate and kept up to date
  • Briefing drivers on safety and compliance issues (inc. monthly toolbox talks, tachograph infringements, microlise performance legislation updates)
  • Actively promote a 'safety first' culture amongst the DHL Team
