Responsibilities

  • Specializes in training and deploying AI systems for patient stratification using pathology images and associated data for precision medicine applications.
  • Oversees the end-to-end process, from data acquisition to final model performance evaluation, ensuring the highest standards in validation and application.
  • Support implementation and deployment of quality management system by optimizing processes, developing automation, writing or redacting procedural documents to enable bench to bedside translation.
  • Acts as the primary technical interface for external partners supporting the validation and deployment.
  • Support validation of external partners technologies by running independent scientific validation studies.
  • Serves as a technical liaison with internal teams working on new models and technologies to advance the development of validated companion diagnostics products. Provide feedbacks on applicability and scalability.
  • Use technical expertise to further develop and optimize existing technology stack.
