Responsibilities

  • Als Consultant Accounting & Reporting Advisory (m/w/d) meisterst du die fachlichen Herausforderungen des Rechnungswesens international agierender Unternehmen. Dabei hast du die Möglichkeit, dich deinen Interessen entsprechend, z. B. im Bereich Finanzinstrumente oder elektronische Berichterstattung, zu spezialisieren oder dich ganzheitlich mit IFRS- und HGB-Themenstellungen auseinanderzusetzen.
  • Du berätst unsere (inter-)national agierende Mandantschaft bspw. bei der Einführung neuer Rechnungslegungsstandards und Reportinganforderungen und entwickelst Lösungen für komplexe Fragestellungen nach HGB und IFRS.
  • Du findest bspw. Finanzinstrumente und Financial Risk Management faszinierend? Dann spezialisiere dich auf den Bereich Treasury Accounting.
  • Zudem unterstützt du bei der Umstellung der Rechnungslegung auf IFRS oder US GAAP (Conversion) oder bei der Vorbereitung von Unternehmen auf einen Börsengang oder einen Carve-out.
  • Auch bei M&A-Projekten, der Erstellung von IFRS-Konzernabschlüssen und der Implementierung von Reporting-lösungen ist dein Einsatz gefragt.
  • Dabei arbeitest du interdisziplinär mit unseren Teams aus Audit, Tax & Legal, Financial Advisory und Consulting zusammen.
