Responsibilities

  • You will oversee the E2E production and delivery of IFR creative and content to support all channels including onboard brochure, CRM, social media, seat backs, brochures and digital assets relating to pre-order website and air-fi closed loop Wi-Fi system that will allow support an order to seat proposition.
  • Support teams throughout the creative process from briefing to performance analysis, including: data and insights gathering, creative briefing, production management, creative implementation, and measurement.
  • You will be a key stakeholder for creative and production of assets to ensure seamless delivery, collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to agree content priorities for IFR and get appropriate input and sign off from these stakeholders on the execution. You will also work closely with Partnerships and Product teams to define brochure pagination and design.
