  • Provide new engagement/proposal support to the business with delivery strategy and sponsoring proposals
  • Lead negotiations with contractors clearly explaining Hatch Contractor Delivery model
  • Ensure homogeneous approach within all Hatch business units for engagements in which Contractor Delivery is the selected model
  • Accountable as delivery sponsor for awarded engagements in which contractor/joint venture is a partner or client
  • Develop a Contractor Delivery team in accordance with Hatch strategy
