Responsibilities

  • Vous êtes en charge de la gestion de l'ensemble du cycle de vie du projet, de la rédaction de la proposition jusqu'à la période de garantie.
  • Vous êtes en charge de la mise en place et de la gestion du système d'information et de communication de l'entreprise, ainsi que de la mise en œuvre de la politique d'information et de communication de l'entreprise.
  • Examiner les exigences du client, ainsi que les termes et conditions des appels d'offres et des nouveaux contrats.
  • Demander ou approuver des modifications ou des extensions de contrat.
  • Coordonner l'examen des documents contractuels et l'exécution des tâches confiées à d'autres services, aux sous-traitants et aux consultants.
  • Servir de point de contact pour les clients et les conseillers juridiques externes sur les questions contractuelles.
  • Veiller à ce que les clients respectent les réglementations contractuelles, juridiques et gouvernementales.
  • Maintenir un dossier d'audit pour chaque contrat, y compris le contrat original, ses amendements et les calendriers de paiement.
  • Interpréter, comprendre et transmettre les aspects commerciaux d'un contrat, ainsi que les rédiger et les négocier.
  • Rédiger des propositions.
  • Support managers throughout the project life cycle, from proposal writing up to the warranty period.
  • Monitor and facilitate project progress through to contract completion to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms.
  • Review customer requirements, as well as terms and conditions of RFPs and new contracts.
  • Request or approve contract amendments or extensions.
  • Coordinate the review of contract documents and the completion of tasks assigned to other departments, subcontractors and consultants.
  • Act as point of contact for customers and external legal counsel on contractual issues.
  • Ensure that customers comply with contractual, legal and government regulations.
  • Maintain an audit file for each contract, including the original contract, its amendments, and payment schedules.
  • Interpret, understand, and convey commercial aspects of a contract, as well as draft and negotiate them.
