Responsibilities

  • Generate client facing and project specific vendor CDAs, MSAs, Contracts, Amendments, Change Orders to be provide to Project Managers/Client Facing staff to send to clients/vendors as needed
  • Understanding of quotations and operational terms and processes in order to apply to contractual documents and discussions
  • Save draft and executed legal documents in the appropriate locations and updating necessary software (i.e. Compass, Salesforce) with appropriate dates of execution
  • Work with individual members of Contracts, Project Management, Business Development, Operations and Finance teams to support capture, discuss and detail changes in specific documents and to help apply these changes at a template level as needed
  • Create and maintain Contract KPIs (i.e. generation and execution turnaround times)
  • Participant in process improvement and integration projects
