Responsibilities

  • Soutenir les activités opérationnelles en France en mettant en œuvre, en affinant et en gérant continuellement la performance de l'entreprise, par la mise en place, l'interprétation, l'analyse du pilotage des KPIs financiers et opérationnels
  • Analyser les performances financières et opérationnelles de l'entreprise
  • Assurer le soutien des partenaires commerciaux, l'établissement de rapports de gestion, la planification et la prévision des activités, l'analyse des écarts
  • Agir en tant que partenaire financier pour remettre en question l'activité, identifier les meilleures solutions et tendances afin de garantir le développement pérenne des activités
  • Développer et améliorer continuellement les outils de planification et de contrôle
  • Etre en contact régulier et étroit avec les différents services internes au sein de RWE Renewables et du groupe RWE au sens large (juridique, fiscal, comptable, financier, gestion des risques, équipes opérationnelles)
  • Supporting the operational business in France by implementing, refining and continuously managing the business performance, i.e.
  • Setting up, interpreting, analyzing of steering relevant financial and operational KPIs and presentation in a suitable way to the management
  • Regular as well as ad-hoc analysis of financial and operational business performance
  • Responsible for business partner support, management reporting, business planning and forecasting, variance analysis
  • Act as a financial business partner to challenge the business, identify best in class solutions and trends to safeguard the successful development of the business
  • Liaising with internal counterparties within Renewables and the wider RWE group (legal, tax, accounting, finance, risk management, operational teams)
  • Developing and continuous improving planning and controlling tools
