Responsibilities

  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bid-Team bei der Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der finanziellen Parameter (Overhead, Stundensätze, Risikozuschläge). Kritisches Hinterfragen der Kosten und Marge.
  • Sicherstellen, dass die Projekterfassung und -abwicklung aus finanzieller Sicht (Auftragseingang, Rechnungstellung, Umsatz und Gewinn) den gültigen Richtlinien und Rechnungslegungsstandards (IFRS) entsprechen.
  • Aufbereiten und termingerechte Berichtserstattung der Finanzzahlen für das Konzern- und interne Reporting sowie Erklären von Varianzen (Budget, Actuals, Forecast).
  • Sicherstellung von Prognosen und Überwachung von Einnahmen und Cashflow.
  • Identifikation finanzieller Risiken und Chancen und Entwicklung von Gegenmassnahmen.
  • Teilnahme und Mitwirken an den relevanten Reviews (Offerten, Projekte, Businessreview).
  • Durchführung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen unter Einhaltung des IKS und geltenden Group-Guidelines.
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Forecast- und Budgets.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Project Manager, dem Project Management Office, der Finanzbuchhaltung und dem Shared Services Center.
  • Vorbereitung von Dokumentationen für die interne und externe Revision.
  • Unterstützung und Übernahme von Aufgaben im Bereich der Weiterentwicklung der Finanzprozesse.
  • Unterstützung des CFO zur Erreichung der Jahresziele.
