Our Opportunity:
You will work within Through-life Support Engineering (TSE) team and undertake training related activities to customers&rsquo; requirements within own competence in a professional manner, in accordance with relevant specifications, standards and Thales (Chorus II) and documentation processes.
Day to day you will:<ul><li>
Develop reusable training materials, solutions and programmes that meet both the Customer and Thales business requirements.</li><li>
Development and provision of field support and training plans and reports.</li><li>
Fulfil the operating, maintenance and support requirements agreed with the customer. The information must be clearly and unambiguously presented, in a manner appropriate to the level of skill, experience and technical understanding of the users and maintainers of the equipment, contributing to the customer&rsquo;s ultimate objective of improving the success rate of operation and maintenance, and reducing the lifecycle cost of ownership of equipment.</li><li>
Close liaison with all aspects of engineering through the interaction with engineering personnel/interrogation of contributory engineering database. It will involve the research and origination of new and amended textual data for a wide range of equipment and maintenance activities.</li><li>
Training may be provided overseas. This involves liaison with many levels of staff within the Overseas Support infrastructure, in addition to Overseas and UK Government and British forces staff. It also may require that the jobholder develops an understanding of local customs and relationships and works in an autonomous manner for periods overseas.</li><li>
Input to and completion of Work Package and Project estimates, following approved guidelines and using supplied information and tools. Training design and delivery both within the UK and overseas.</li><li>

Position Description:
Imperva is seeking a passionate Customer Operations Analyst to undertake a 12-month placement supporting our Customer Success Management team. This role will help to build critical reporting, solve problems, and make an impact through their data findings and recommendations. Specifically, this person will join our Customer Intelligence team and assist with building out and maintaining operational reporting, gathering data, and completing analyses to drive improved outcomes for the team and for our customers. They will have the opportunity to learn the Imperva business, Customer Success, processes, and to develop specific data analysis skills. This is an entry level position and training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Data analysis and reporting:
Identify trends, patterns, and key insights related to customer behaviour, product usage, and engagement.
Help to improve our customer’s experience.
Help to predict customer churn.
Help to drive customer retention and expansion.
Help to improve Imperva’s products and services.
Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for the Customer Success team to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer success metrics.
Drive meaningful action through a data-driven mindset.
Assist team members across the Customer Success team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand analytics needs, set priorities, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
