Responsibilities

  • Rattaché(e) à l’Area Manager, votre mission principale sera d’assurer une gestion optimale du ou des corners afin d’assurer le dépassement des objectifs fixés de vente et rentabilité :
  • Développer le chiffre d'affaires et les indicateurs de performance
  • Fidéliser la clientèle existante et recruter de nouveaux clients (clientelling)
  • Former, animer et accompagner votre équipe
  • Garantir une gestion optimale du stock, contrôler et suivre les réassorts
  • Être un interlocuteur clé pour les différents Business Partner (siège, Grands Magasins)
  • Être garant des standards Visual Merchandising
  • Réaliser un reporting régulier de l’activité (hebdomadaire, mensuel, saisonnier)
  • Être garant de la mise en place et du suivi des procédures
