Responsibilities

  • Confirming events with custodians and internal clients (Investment teams, Client Reporting, etc)
  • Applying AB’s investment decisions with the Custodian banks in a timely and accurate manner prior to the custodian deadline (or market deadline if necessary).
  • Confirming accurate event details and the subsequent timely processing.
  • Supporting Corporate Action Events for all security types, including bank loan amendments and non-depository assets.
  • Ensuring compliance with AB Policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in projects related to corporate actions and process improvements.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to corporate actions processing.
  • Developing and implementing process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Managing relationships with vendors and custodians to ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Providing support to other teams within AB as needed.
