Responsibilities

  • You will collaborate with senior members of the privacy team, as well as with product, engineering and other areas of the business, to provide practical and innovative privacy advice for high-impact product launches for brands like Tinder and Hinge.
  • You will proactively identify and resolve potential privacy risks, with a focus on documenting those risk mitigation actions through the use of Privacy-by-Design reviews and DPIAs/PIAs.
  • You will review news laws and regulations, with a focus on emerging US state requirements, and develop compliance plans for our brands through consultation with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
  • You will support the privacy team in implementing and managing Match Group’s global privacy program, including regulatory inquiries, customer care escalations, policy development, incident response, contract negotiation (e.g., DPAs), and privacy training.
