Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Infrastructure Operations Director in the monthly review of revenue and cost forecasts, actual revenue and costs, staff utilisation.
  • Input into all aspects of the company systems Dynamic 365, Commission Delivery App.
  • Be an excellent written and verbal communicator, displaying a high level of numerical acumen with strong attention to detail.
  • Monthly Update cycle of Cost – Input and review large dataset from various system (Oracle, Primavera, etc) into excel workbooks.
  • Supporting Senior Cost Analyst in Monthly Review with project teams.
  • On-going improvements and developments – Support the Infrastructure Operations Director in managing the development of Cost Reporting / Forecast tools, cost collection sheets, reports, detailed analysis of cost spread variances verses key completion dates, maintenance of cost tools developed to date including:
  • Cost data model of forecasts and benchmarks
  • Forecast accuracy
  • Cost sheet Graphs
  • Cost sheet Summary snapshot
  • Technical Dashboard Report Analysis of Stage Gates - dates and spend
  • S Curve distribution of cost profiles
  • Support development of continuous improvement of Cost / Finance and Project Control Procedures Alongside Senior Cost Analyst and Project Controls Manager.
