  • Work with HoDs to define and agree internal social media KPIs
  • Collaborate with Marketing leads to cook up and develop the wider Digital Marketing strategy and deliver the plan
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of content to make data-driven decisions for future content creation
  • Manage and be the coach, mentor, and cheerleader for our amazing marketing team
  • Deliver high quality, slick and clear reports for stakeholders
  • Proactively drive regular communication on issues and progress with stakeholders
  • Lead relationships with external vendors and agencies
  • Develop and implement processes to scale social media comms across the firm
