  • Set a high bar for quality and creativity and keep raising it, provide creative leadership support and guidance across internal teams.
  • Develop clear brand identities and guidelines across British Gas, Hive and Centrica that are understood and used across the business.
  • Shape and own our brand architecture across Centrica.
  • Develop distinctive brand assets that build brand recognition and equity.
  • Manage and execute design requests across business units, working with internal design support and agency partners.
  • Own projects from concept, through to execution and to delivery of final assets.
  • Develop and run creative forums for review and sign off creatives across the brands.
  • Manage a small team of designers and brand managers, providing steer and guidance.
