What role will I play as a Customer Experience Engineer in the Observability team?

As a Customer Experience Engineer on the Observability team, you will design, implement, and maintain SLO monitoring systems to track customer applications' reliability, availability, and performance hosted in Microsoft Azure. You will also collaborate with customers to define SLOs, develop automated solutions, analyze SLO data, and optimize system performance to exceed customer-centric SLOs.

What are the qualifications required for this position?

The required qualifications include 1+ year of experience in the software industry related to technology or equivalent experience, and 1+ year of client-facing experience. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field along with 2+ years of relevant software industry experience.
