  • Managing your own case load in an exemplary manner, encompassing best practices and the SLAs set within the department

  • Being responsible for your own task list and prioritising to ensure the most urgent bookings are actioned first
  • Maintaining a strong determined focus on targets, customer service and overall performance
  • Exhibiting a strong sense of teamwork
  • Being the first point of contact to customers and leaving them with an excellent first impression
  • Working closely with the wider Valuation team and liaising with estate agents
  • Taking calls and bookings for valuation appointments
  • Being confident, friendly and professional on the telephone
  • Providing outstanding customer service
