The position requires flexibility to work an 8-hour shift during our normal business hours of Monday - Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.

We offer 18 weeks of training with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST, Monday - Friday, and 100% attendance is required during this period.
What is the expected call volume for this job?
You will be taking 50-70 calls per day from customers with questions about their health benefits.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of customer service experience, and a minimum age of 18 years are required.
