Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all matters about Wholesale Customers from Portugal and Spain.
  • Monitor Order Flow: Oversee all orders moving through Wholesale system
  • Guarantee the highest level of Customer Service to our wholesale customers.
  • Offer a after sale service that adds value to the relationship with the customer.
  • Management of calls, orders, reorders, store service support, labelling, logistics matters.
  • EDI Integration.
  • Reporting, and sales analysis.
  • Refunds and Exchange: Perform any necessary refund or exchanges in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Emails management
  • Research and resolve consumer concerns in a timely and professional manner, within company guidelines and policies
  • Working in line with SOXX policies and procedures.
  • Providing support for the Customer Service Department when resources are low.
  • Communication with other departments.
  • Ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as requested / assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
