 JOB SUMMARY
 
 Responsible for all matters about Wholesale Customers from Portugal and Spain.
 
 ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS MAINTENANCE
 Monitor Order Flow: Oversee all orders moving through Wholesale system
 Guarantee the highest level of Customer Service to our wholesale customers.
 Offer a after sale service that adds value to the relationship with the customer.
 Management of calls, orders, reorders, store service support, labelling, logistics matters.
 EDI Integration.
 Reporting, and sales analysis.
