What is the role of a Customer Service Team Leader at William Hill?
The Customer Service Team Leader is responsible for leading and motivating a team of Customer Service Representatives, coaching and developing the team, maintaining high standards in the shop, building relationships with customers, championing safer gambling, opening and closing the shop, and ensuring the shop achieves its targets.
What are the working hours for this position?
Our shops operate between the hours of 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday. Shifts are devised on a rota basis and will include evening and weekend working.
