What is the role of a Customer Service Team Leader at William Hill?
The Customer Service Team Leader is responsible for leading and motivating a team of Customer Service Representatives, coaching and developing team members, maintaining high standards in the shop, engaging with customers, championing safer gambling, and ensuring the shop achieves its targets.
What are the working patterns for this position?
The working patterns include shifts devised on a rota basis that will be subject to change, covering shop opening times between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday, including evening and weekend work.
