Responsibilities

  • Manage the Trust’s Health Intelligence Team.
  • Create, implement and develop Trust-wide strategies, policies and processes to meet the Trusts data, business intelligence and database requirements.
  • Lead technical specialist on all Trust data, business intelligence and database technologies.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and opportunities for continual service improvement.
  • Work closely with the Product Development Manager, IT Security Manager and Technical Services Manager, to maintain a cohesive, safe and secure IT platform for the Trusts IT Systems and environments.
  • Act as SME for the Trust’s data, business intelligence and database solutions, including mentoring.
  • Management of Database security patching and any relevant out of hours support contracts.
