Responsibilities

  • Review and audit delivery documentation received from drivers and owner/operators, making adjustments to TMW software as needed.
  • Create and manage custom reports using MS Excel.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is received and processed for billing purposes.
  • Communicate with the Operations team to ensure accurate updates are made in TMW.
  • Liaise with drivers and owner/operators to obtain any missing delivery documents.
  • Coordinate with billing and pay departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team.
