Responsibilities

  • To use, understand, and develop systems and datasets to meet data submission requirements, ensuring quality assurance of data processes.
  • To be responsible for collecting, entering and reporting data for national, regional and local purposes.
  • To work with clinical and administrative teams to update and audit data on the designated databases (or other data collection systems) including S1 and NACR.
  • To collate and present activity data for service and management meetings and for monthly and ad hoc statistical returns via Tableau or other.
  • To undertake data cleaning exercises, ensuring data is high quality, properly curated, and robust.
  • To ensure all data items are collated in a timely manner to comply with Trust requirements for uploading and reporting.
  • To have a comprehensive understanding of computer software such as MS Office and to be the lead on using SystmOne.
