  • - RAND advises a variety of international, national, and homeland security clients on policy-level decisions relating to military and homeland security operations, programs, and systems; innovation, technology, and acquisition; future force structure and doctrine; national military strategy; homeland security law enforcement; and disaster preparedness, resilience, and response.
  • - Working on multi-disciplinary teams, policy analysts apply quantitative and qualitative skills to analyze policy problems of national and international importance, and communicate the results of these analyses to decision-makers.
