  • Collaborate with HR team members, talent team, and business leaders to address DEI-related retention challenges and implement solutions.
  • Create and manage DEI programs focused on career development, mentorship/sponsorship, and employee recognition, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse employee groups.
  • Develop and facilitate DEI training sessions and workshops tailored for leaders to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of DEI retention programs and make adjustments as necessary.
