Responsibilities

  • Responsible for statistical forecast for the products under their responsibility, combining the use of powerful artificial intelligence tools with statistic analysis and business insights.
  • Consolidate and challenge next 36m demand signal (vs last Y, trend difference between YTD-YTG, launch impact...)
  • Proactive participation in Forecast Review meeting as part of SBP process.. Scenario planning for opportunities and risks
  • Track and translate the sales forecasts and projected inventory levels into delivery schedules
  • Create a valid and realistic Master Schedule Plan, define the purchase program and communicate in time open orders and net requirements in order to attend the sales forecast, agreed stock levels and Customer service, stock management, fulfilment and inventory control (coverage, slow movers, etc).
  • Manage with the suppliers the suitable actions to ensure that there is no stockout and overstock, monitoring and reporting supplier performance.
  • Member of the product transfer committee develops all the actions to fulfil the product transfer plan, with the lowest Woff level possible and no stockouts.
