Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales and Operations planning (S&OP) cycle for the responsible cluster/region.
  • Forecasting – Review and improve In Market Sales forecast quality for multiple distributors in the region. Work Back Sell out to Sell in Forecasts using Stock Equation.
  • Work cross functionally with commercial finance, Trade marketing, Marketing and Sales to build forecasts towards aligned objectives.
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning at the factory level to identify Key Supply risks and develop suitable solutions and mitigation plans.
  • Assist in developing annual budgets and cost-effectiveness initiatives.
  • Follow and promote the company rules and regulations.
  • Develop routine and ad-hoc demand related reports for management.
  • Schedule forecast review meetings with management on regular basis.
  • Maintain and Improve demand planning/S&OP, processes to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Update forecasts for new products, seasonal products, discounts & promotions.
  • Coordinate with Customer Logistics Team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels using Corrective and Preventive Action Plans.
