What are the main responsibilities of the Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse in Endoscopy?
The main responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of endoscopy services, training other department members, supporting the management of the clinical area, and overseeing staff management, including staff development and compliance with HR policies.
What qualifications are required for this position?
The post holder must have a foundation degree in health studies or equivalent, such as a diploma in higher education or a higher national diploma (level 5).
