What is the duration of the Derivatives Paralegal role?
The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of moving to a permanent position.
Is this position remote?
Yes, this position is fully remote, with no expectation to attend office locations.
Who will I report to in this role?
You will report to the Partner (Head of LDC) and the LDC Operations Team Manager.
What experience is required for this position?
A minimum of three A levels at grade A or equivalent and a qualification in law (minimum 2.1) is required. Previous paralegal experience is helpful but not essential.
Will I have opportunities for development within the company?

What types of tasks will I be responsible for in this role?
You will be responsible for negotiating and drafting agreements, conducting legal due diligence, liaising with clients, managing client tracking tables, and providing administrative support, among other tasks.

Is there an opportunity to work from an office location?
While this is a virtual role, there is an option to attend the hub in Milton Keynes or offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh if you wish to experience the office environment.
