Responsibilities

  • Provide an authentic, friendly customer experience that exemplifies our commitment to relentless customer focus; Meet or exceed sales and other established KPIs.
  • Conduct in-store, in-home, and virtual design appointments.
  • Leverage your interior design and sales expertise in the home furnishings space to help our customers navigate through their design needs and purchases.
  • Utilize sales analytics and design software tools and applications to drive store profitability and growth in a way that supports the success of the overall brand (mood boards, space plans, 2D/3D room views)
  • Share your expertise in product, fabric, & finishes bringing awareness to style, performance, texture, and durability characteristics as well as market trends using digital and physical swatches to influence customer buying decisions.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently, including excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and or customers at once.
  • Participate in operational store activities as needed: bringing new products to the floor, floor sets, replenishment, and substitutions.
  • Engage in a high-energy, focused, and dynamic work environment where there can be rapid changes in products, promotions, offerings, and operations
  • Model and ensure all policies and procedures are communicated effectively, maintained, and consistently followed.
