Responsibilities

  • You will be working with Product Owners, Ecommerce Managers to deliver strategic insights and implementers to improve analytic capabilities.
  • You’ll be working on multiple data sources but primarily in the Adobe Analytics platform, using assessing channel usage, areas of performance, customer behaviour & product purchase.
  • You’ll build reports that highlight issues but also opportunities to optimise and work strategically with the relevant stakeholders to communicate improvement plans.
  • You will also support of any tagging or data collection issues and communicate with implementers and developers.
  • As well as the above, you'll get exposure to more customer focused projects, A/B testing and personalisation.
