Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the channel tactics, in collaboration with the community and digital impact manager, to ensure we use organic and paid social for; brand/ footprint, PAW and activism campaigns to meet brand and activism goals.
  • Coordinate the tactical briefs and digital executions for brand and enviro campaigns.
  • Coordinate monthly reporting about digital community platforms performance and audience engagement and measure how we are driving positive environmental impact and brand engagement.
  • Monitor, with our paid partner, our social amplification program; social ads that are used to support NGOs.
  • Collaborate with enviro, CRM, comms and category leads to ensure our campaign messaging is aligned across digital channels from brand and activism POV.
  • Monitor and engage with our network of all social media channels, implement insights and recommendations from monthly report.
  • Analyse performance of organic social to identify opportunities with significant community impact and monitor online engagement around brand, impact and activism conversations.
