  • Team Collaboration: Facilitate seamless collaboration between onshore and offshore marketing team members, ensuring alignment on goals, strategies, and deliverables.
  • Optimize Online Presence: Continuously enhance and manage the company’s digital presence across multiple platforms, including Google, OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), and the company website.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track, evaluate, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for all campaigns, using insights from analytics tools to make data-driven decisions for improving campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure Consistent Brand Messaging: Work closely with the design, sales, and operations teams to ensure unified and consistent brand messaging across all digital channels and marketing collateral.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content, including blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials, ensuring all content aligns with brand standards and business goals.
